Job Description

An incredible opportunity is available to work directly for a Sydney based private developer. This client has a focus on residential apartments, land subdivisions and in and around Sydney, they manage the entire process in house from acquisitions through to construction and final delivery and are in a fortunate position to have equity in place to make quick and sizeable purchases over the coming years.

The role:

With a large degree of autonomy you will be given the opportunity to take full ownership of this role where you will support the business with the acquisition of new residential development sites along with helping manage external selling agents and the handover of sales, your responsibilities will also include:

  • Researching and sourcing new development opportunities
  • Assisting with the preparation of project feasibility and cash flow modelling
  • Undertaking due diligence on new sites
  • Undertaking detailed market research and formulating reports
  • Data entry and analytics
  • Preparing offer submissions
  • Liaising with key internal and external stakeholders
  • Assisting with the sales process and managing external selling agents
  • Assist with managing the settlement process


This role is best suited to a recent graduate that holds a property or economics degree or a candidate that has been working in an analyst role that is looking to work directly for a developer. You will also require;

  • Proven ability to put feasibility studies together
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint
  • Sound knowledge in financial analysis, modelling, development and acquisition analysis
  • Capacity to build strong working relationships with in/external stakeholders
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Passionate about property, energetic, driven and result oriented


  • Up to $80,000 + discretionary bonus
