You as their new Administration Manager will feel appreciated from the day you start!
An incredibly busy and very diverse role the Administration Manager is essentially the backbone of the office supporting both the Property Management and Sales teams. Each of your days will be busy and give you good challenge and great satisfaction. Your daily duties will include a variety of tasks including:
- Managing front of house & answering phones
- Assisting with daily rental receipting
- Preparing Agency Agreements
- Booking advertising through CRM system
- Collating open for inspection packs
- Brochure design and ordering
- Preparing tenancy packs
The Ideal Candidate:
Will be an experienced Administration Assistant or Administration Manager who has a fun & outgoing personality with a can do attitude! You will have at least 12 months previous Real Estate experience, be highly detailed and not be afraid to pitch in and help the teams with whatever is necessary. A current Certificate of Registration is needed and as this is an office bound role you wont need your car.
