this Business Development role will see you will working closely with the Sales and Property Management teams where you will have the sole responsibility of growing the Property Management division through prospecting and converting leads.
Your daily duties will include:
- Convert any investor leads and enquiry
- Prospecting through database, current Landlords & networking
- Pitching the company brand & selling benefits to potential Landlords
- Advising clients on relevant changes to be made to the property in order to meet legislative requirements
- Research rental returns & preparing appraisals for Landlord's
- Data entry & maintenance in REST
- AD hoc administrative tasks
- Process rental applications & approval
The preferred Candidate:
Will be a real go-getter who is passionate about having a long term successful career! You will be excited by closing a deal and love the idea of earning a six figure income! You will ideally have a proven track record in Real Estate in either Sales or Property Management (Business Developemt would be highly advantageous) and will have thorough knowledge of the Lower North Shore.
