A Monday - Friday role ( 4 days per week) with Saturday as required, this role will see you report into the most incredible management team that will further mentor your career to great new heights. You will be working with 10 sales agents in this fast paced office that will refer investor leads for you to convert into new business, you will have the sole responsibility of growing the residential investment portfolio for the office and will deal with an array of apartments, luxury houses and high end beach fronts. Your responsibilities will include;
- Handle all investor leads from the sales team & walk-in inquiry
- Prospecting through database, current Landlords & networking
- Pitching the company brand & selling benefits to potential Landlords
- Advising clients on relevant changes to be made to the property in order to meet legislative requirements
- Research rental returns & preparing appraisals for Landlord's
- Data entry & maintenance in REST
- Adhoc administrative tasks
- Process applications, advertise vacant properties online, attend some leasing inspections
- Attend opens & auctions for properties marketed towards investors
The ideal candidate:
To be considered for this role you MUST have a proven track record in the real estate industry with a minimum 18 months as a Business Development Manager or Sales agent or even looking to step up from a fast paced Leasing role on the Northern Beaches. This is a busy and fast paced role so your ability to close new business leads and juggle multiple priorities is essential.
Immaculate presentation, clear written and spoken communication skills along with a current certificate of registration and a reliable car with clean driver's license are all key requirements to be considered for this role. Knowledge of the property management process is highly desirable. A positive can do attitude and the ability to work as a part of a team and work to set targets and KPI's to push big growth within the residential portfolio.
