Job Description

An incredible opportunity to work directly for an entrepreneurial business owner that has had success across multiple business types including real estate, strata and development. This newly created role will sit within the strata arm and help grow the strata portfolio in the Castle Hill and surrounding areas.

The role:

This newly created role set in a stunning warehouse style office will be based in the heart of Castle Hill and will give you sole responsibility to build the strata portfolio across residential, commercial and industrial. A key role in the success of future business growth that will see you take on the following responsibilities;

  • Prospecting for new strata buildings to add to the strata portfolio
  • Preparing for and attending appraisals
  • Taking care of all of the due diligence and compliance to bring on new managements
  • Work closely with both businesses to generate leads
  • Manage the growing portfolio until a Strata Manager takes over
  • Build and manage a pipeline of prospective managements
  • Networking with developers, trades, property managers etc to get referrals and leads

Experience:

This role requires experience working as a Business Development Manager in either strata management or a Strata Assistant that is ready to take that exciting next step in their career. You will also require;

  • A current strata certificate/certificate of registration
  • A reliable car and clean drivers licence
  • Flexibility to attend night meetings if required
  • Ability to self-generate leads and new business meetings
  • Confident ability to close clients and secure managements
  • Excellent communication and relationship management skills
