The Opportunity: 

Is a Talent Manager role which will see you supporting our Senior Consultants & Director in every aspect of Talent Management from beginning to end. Each of your days will include: 

  • Database Management & calling
  • Screening Candidates for suitability of role
  • Assisting with writing of advertising
  • Organising candidates for interview
  • Liaising with Consultants on available candidates
  • Candidate interviewing
  • Negotiating job offers
  • Ongoing check ins with Candidates
