Job Description

My client is a leading national real estate group with an incredibly successful commercial arm that turn over close to $3Billion in commercial transactions each year. Based in the heart of the CBD this group has an exciting opportunity that has just opened for an experienced Marketing Coordinator to back up the busy sales and leasing team. With a fast paced, youthful and collaborative team culture this group will see you have a long and rewarding career in the commercial sector.

The role:

An incredible opportunity to work with a top performing team that transacts development sites, Shopping Centres and Office Towers right across Sydney with a value up to $250 Million. This Monday - Friday role is office based and will see you coordinate the marketing for each transaction. This is a varied role that has scope to grow and progress you will be responsible for the following:

  • Create marketing submissions and information memorandums
  • Compile and manage marketing budgets
  • End to end coordination of all print and digital sales and leasing campaigns
  • Sending out of e-Brochures and bulk sms to the database
  • Manage social media platforms
  • Coordinate all Press Releases and distribute accordingly
  • Uploading campaigns to the internet and manage updates
  • Brand management and working with external suppliers
  • Preparing and editing, proposals, reports, and presentations

Experience required:

  • Minimum 2 years marketing experience in real estate essential
  • Knowledge of Adobe creative suit, PowerPoint and Excel
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work autonomously and as a part of a team
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly organised, able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
