THE OPPORTUNITY:

Taking over the reins from their long standing Commercial Property Manager of 5 years this role will see you looking after a portfolio of Commercial, Industrial and Retail properties with your own dedicated and experienced, full time Assistant. With NO Sales or Leasing and NO accounts this role will be a pure management one and will encompass the following:

  • Management of one Shopping Centre
  • Retail management of large shopping strip
  • Commercial Management of several office buildings and individual sites
  • Management of several industrial areas in the surrounding areas
  • Will include all Landlord Liaison with some Tenant liaison
  • Lease renewals and negotiations
  • Financial reporting and budgeting

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

Will be an experienced Commercial Property Manager living locally to the Parramatta area, you will ideally have been working as a Commercial PM for the last 3 years and will have experience in managing a small team. Essentials include:

  • Current Certificate of Registration
  • Strong knowledge of relevant legislation
  • Solid communication skills both written and verbal
  • Experience with CRM systems ideally Console
  • A reliable vehicle and drivers license
