A newly created role due to ongoing growth, this Database Manager role will see you managing all aspects of our database to gain leads for our Recruitment Team. With a focus on customer service your daily tasks will include:
- Calling through our current & up to date database
- Requesting resumes and passing to Consultants
- Searching through external databases for leads
- Adding relevant Candidates to database
- Maintaining database
- Ongoing Candidate Management
- Be switched on, efficient and keen to learn
- Sound verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy
- Confidence to create and maintain customer relationships
- Excellent personal presentation skills
