Job Description

My client is a global group that have a focus on construction, sales and marketing and they are now branding into the property management space. With a predominant residential focus they have also put their name to hotel, shopping centre and commercial developments. Based in the heart of the Sydney CBD this reputable group is growing and wants an experience Property Management Department Leader to be a part of that.

The role:

This role will see you set up the property management department from the ground up, setting up CRM systems, processes and procedures along with recruiting staff and on boarding a portfolio which is due to settle and be leased in May/June 2018. This incredibly hands on role will see you involved with;

  • Implement strategies to contribute to revenue and profitability
  • Work to increase the property portfolio
  • Act as the point of contact and escalation for Landlords
  • Provide market and competitor information to Managing Director
  • Work to set financial and operational KPIs
  • Budget setting and management for the department
  • Oversee the rental arrears management
  • Ensure regular rent and lease reviews are conducted
  • Prepare related reports as required

Experience required:

  • 10 year's experience within Property Management
  • With a proven track-record managing and building a team
  • An understanding of the off plan sales process
  • Proven ability to think and act strategically to drive results
  • Strong proven ability to work to & reach targets
  • Current certificate of registration or real estate licence
  • A reliable car and clean drivers licence
  • Solid knowledge of the act and stable work history
