The role:

This position is focused on developing and leading the vision for digital marketing to in turn drive clients to the organisations website via an array of digital channels. In this Monday - Friday role you will be working closely with the Head of Marketing and Project Marketing Manager and will be responsible for:

  • Developing and leading the vision for Digital Marketing
  • Designing and implementing digital marketing strategies to increase online engagement
  • Developing innovative campaigns across SEO, SEM and Social Media
  • Presenting data-driven insights, challenges and recommendations, reporting on campaign results
  • Liaising with advertising agencies, suppliers and stakeholders
  • Develop and monitor email campaigns
  • Maintenance of the company website
  • Create strategies and content for social media
  • Competitor research
  • Create monthly newsletters, write blog pieces along with other content creation


To be successful in this role you need to be coming with a strong understanding of the digital marketing landscape including web, social media, advertising and emerging technologies along with:

  • Strong and confident communicator with excellent grammar and copy writing skills
  • Experience working within the property industry essential
  • 3+ year's experience in a digital marketing role incorporating SEO and SEM
  • Proven experience in growing social media accounts in a B2C environment
  • Basic HTML knowledge and a willingness to further develop this knowledge
  • The ability to manage high priority work flow with tight deadlines
  • Highly proficient with Adobe Creative Suite; Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign
  • Experience with Google tools; Analytics, Adwords, and Webmasters Tools
  • Capable skills in Graphic Design, Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • A clean drivers licence and reliable car are also essential for this role
