Job Description

As the backbone to this high performing agency principal, your ability to manage competing priorities and expectations will at the forefront to your success in this role. A confident decision maker with a proactive mindset, your ability to take ownership of listings and tasks and execute them reliably and efficiently, whilst managing the day to day demands of this agency principal and active selling agent will be critical!

You will be an expert in managing multiple responsibilities effortlessly, anticipating next steps, using your initiative and being confident in making judgement decisions when something needs to be escalated as well as having the ability to navigate and maintain control of the demands of this role.

The Role:
  • Calendar and email management
  • Answer and direct phone calls on their behalf
  • Oversee and manage workflow for all property campaigns
  • Pre-lists and proposals
  • Manage property styling, photoshoots, coordination of trades for any pre-sale minor improvements
  • Liaise with vendors, buyers, solicitors and any other stakeholders
  • Open home coordination and attendance
  • Coordination of internal and external meetings including agendas, minutes, presentations and reports
  • Database Management
  • Coordinate of technology and IT requirements as required
  • Business and personal administration and errands
 Skills & Experience:
  • Certificate of Regsitration and car are both essential for this position
  • You are outgoing, incredibly efficient with the ability to drive outcomes
  • You have proven experience at a high level in a similar role
  • You are comfortable making judgment decisions and take the initiative when something needs to be escalated.
  • You have strong verbal & written communication skills & attention to detail
  • Ability to build relationships, be adaptable and maintain confidentiality
  • You will be calm under pressure, have exceptional planning skills and organisational ability, attention to detail and natural ability to "read" the agent you support
  • You will be resourceful and flexible
  • Exceptional planning and organisational skills
  • Social media and tech savvy
