Job Description

A leading global property institution with over 350 offices scattered throughout the world and an annual turnover in excess of $650 million. This impressive group has a strong hold in the Sydney and Australian market and in return have access to some incredible property transactions across commercial, projects, retail and industrial to name a few.

The role:

Reporting in at Director level and supporting a growing team of 3 your role will be fast paced, and challenging. Gone are the days of being stuck in one office behind a desk all day, this role is more than just another EA role, it will see you float around the department and across different sites whilst supporting this busy sales team. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Extensive diary, email, expense and travel management
  • Booking meetings, restaurants, functions and attend as required
  • Use your creative flair to put proposals and reports together
  • Drafting letters and submissions, CRM management
  • Coordinate marketing campaigns, manage budgets and payments
  • Book marketing, manage proofing and sign off to meet deadlines

Experience:

This role requires a large degree of maturity and the ability to support a busy Director and the wider team. You will also need:

  • Experience working in commercial or residential real estate for 3 + years
  • Strong administration and EA skills
  • A flexible can do attitude and willingness to get the job done
  • Adaptable to work in different locations with different team members
  • Creative and systemised; bring ideas to the team and streamline processes
  • Intermediate knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint, strong diary management skills
  • A sense of urgency and the ability to prioritise and work to deadlines
  • Impeccable presentation and confident communication skills
