Rare opportunity to work one on one with respected Managing Director of this diversified Property Group based in the heart of the CBD
The Company:

The role:
Will see you working with two high profile Directors who have huge visions and goals for the Australian market place. Working as the Executive Assistant beside these innovative and entrepreneurial Directors will see you working a a very fast pace and your day to day work loads will be rewarding, challenging and very broad - you will given support from a team assistant who will be your direct report. Day to day duties will involve:
- Day to day operation of the Sydney office
- Arranging internal and external meetings
- Full management of a complex diary & in-box
- Handling expense claims and credit car reconciliations
- Extensive travel plans both business and personal travel
- Full coordination of various events and roadshows
- Co-ordination of full board meetings
- Creating and circulation agendas, taking minutes and distribution
- HR Management and induction of new staff members
- Arranging hosted functions
The ideal Candidate:
Will be someone who can handle a very diverse role in a fast paced environment. With at least 4 years experience as an Executive Assistant you will be highly detailed, have outstanding attention to detail; be corporately presented and have fun yet highly professional personality where you can build solid relationships with internal staff and external stakeholders.
