Job Description

Our client is a well-developed, successful Real Estate Business based in the lower north of Sydney. A stunning modern office that has an established market presence and delivers outstanding client results. Due to ever growing growth and internal progression they are now seeking a bubbly, proactive and professional Front Office Manager to join their friendly team.

The role:

Whilst working in a dedicated, fun team environment your duties will include but not limited to:

  • Maintaining presentation of the entire Office
  • General reception and administration duties
  • Preparing leases
  • Providing administrative support to the Property Management team
  • Lease sign up support
  • Ensuring the office runs smoothly.
  • Adhoc administration

The successful candidate will:

  • Hold a valid Real Estate licence/ certificate of registration
  • Have at least 12 months experience in Real Estate
  • Be immaculately presented
  • Have a passion for Real Estate
  • Have great communication and customer service skills
