The role:

This is one of the most incredible opportunities for a hungry, driven and motivated individual that wants to be trained daily by the best to become the best! This role will see you part take in multiple weekly training sessions to fine tune your sales skills and be mentored into a standalone agent. Working under the West's most successful business owners you will be responsible for:

  • Prepare for and attend weekly open homes
  • Handle phone and email inquiry from buyers
  • Arrange private inspections with buyers & valuers
  • Call backs after open homes
  • Data entry and database management
  • Manage relationships with buyers & notify of new listings or prices changes
  • Warm database calls, letter drops & door knocking

Experience:

To be considered for this incredible opportunity role you MUST have a minimum 6 months real estate experience, a current certificate of registration or real estate licence along with a reliable car and clean drivers' licence. You will also need a passionate and hungry attitude with the desire to want to learn, prospect and give your clients 5 star service.
