Job Description

Our client is one of Sydney’s most dynamic boutique property agencies in the Inner City suburb of Woolloomooloo. The Role:  
  • Manage and handle all leasing enquires
  • Coordinate and attend open inspections & private appointments
  • Prepare new tenancy packs
  • Update and report back to landlords after inspections
  • Process applications and conduct reference checks
  • Manage all online advertising and photography
  • Back up property support with ingoings, outgoings and routine
  • New business generation and appraisals
  • Weekly reporting and meeting attendance
  • Monday – Saturday with day off during the week

The Candidate:

  • Previous Real estate experience
  • A current Certificate or Real Estate Licence essential
  • Own reliable vehicle and licence
  • Immaculate presentation and communication skills
  • A team player with a positive energy and drive to succeed
  • Excellent written & verbal communication skills
  • Ambition and a passion for real estate
