The role:

This is a purely Monday - Friday role based in head office in the heart of the CBD in a stunning corporate office that takes in a commanding harbour view. This is a fast paced and varied role that requires an experienced real estate administrator that understands the entire sales process from exchange through to settlement and ideally has had exposure to off plan apartment sales . This role will see you responsible for:

  • Managing relationships with key in/external stakeholders
  • Prepare sales advices & liaise with vendors, purchasers & solicitors
  • Manage communication with domestic & international sales teams
  • Manage contract changes & amendments with the Solicitors
  • Preparation of weekly reports & summaries
  • Attending regular team meetings as required
  • Database management & updates
  • Handle escalated issues & questions from the junior team members

The ideal candidate:

To be considered in this role you will need to be fluent in your written and spoken Mandarin language skills. You will be highly organised, have a very clear understanding of the end to end sales process from offer of acceptance through to exchange and settlement. Your ability to work as a part of a team and communicate with external stakeholders in a clear and confident manner is essential to the success of this role.

A minimum 12 months experience based in a real estate or property group in an administration role is ESSENTIAL without this your application will NOT be considered. My client will also consider candidates that have come from a conveyancing background that have a solid grasp of the sales process. You will be a friendly, polite and professional team player that works hard to ensure all deadlines are met and all work is completed to the highest standard. You will have intermediate to advanced MS office skills, experience managing multiple exchanges and settlements along with professional presentation.
