An exciting opportunity exists for a forward thinking & highly experienced Marketing Manager (residential) to manage agent and company marketing across the group's North Shore offices. About to role out a total & hugely exciting rebrand, this Monday - Friday role based out of the Upper North Shore will have you responsible for:
- Recommending and implementing strategic marketing plans for the brand
- Driving implementation and use of digital and video marketing collateral
- Implementation and optimisation of online marketing, in particular company websites
- Management of editorial material
- Recommending and organising sponsorships, community events and PR opportunities to maximise company exposure and brand image
- Agent marketing, including online and print marketing material
To be successful in this incredible opportunity, you will come with:
- 3+ years marketing experience in real estate
- Innovative and creative flair to recommend and implement digital marketing strategies
- Ability to work autonomously and implement strategies to drive business growth
