Job Description

Make the move away from your traditional old school residential real estate office and make the move to an office that is emerging as the new super brand in Real Estate. With a brand renowned for luxury they are taking Real Estate to the next level amongst other exciting businesses that entwine within their Real Estate brand.

Having been in their current market place for just over 2 years they already hold 75% market share in their local area, and are moving $15 - $20 million in sales per month. They are now ready to take over the surrounding areas of their two offices and need the right marketing force with them to really make this push!

The role:

Will be a fill 360 degree Marketing role across every aspect of the business including property marketing, individual agent marketing, office marketing and brand awareness marketing. Day to day duties will include:

  • Preparing marketing budgets for properties
  • Organising stylists, photographers and floor-planners
  • Create and book marketing for each individual property
  • Full control of Agent, Office and Branding marketing
  • Management and updating of all websites
  • Management of social media accounts
  • Organising editorials and all PR
  • Develop and full marketing plan & strategy for the office

Required skills:

You will have at least 3 years marketing experience preferrably in Real Estate or Property and will understand what needs to be done to really push this brand to the next level. Essentials include:

  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • Full capabilities from strategy through to execution
  • Solid knowledge of digitial
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • A strong understanding of branding
  • A creative mind with the ability to think outside the box
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • A fun & outgoing personality who works well with a team
  • Outstanding personal presentation skills
  • Preferable tertiary study in marketing
