Job Description

A role to sink your teeth into! A tight knit busy team needs a total all-rounder to come in and manage the day to day running of the office and also look after all the sales administration and back up the Property Management Department. This is not a reception role!

The role:

An incredibly busy and very diverse role the Administration Manager is essentially the backbone of the office supporting both the Property Management and Sales teams. Each of your days will be busy and give you good challenge and great satisfaction. Your daily duties will include a variety of tasks including:

  • Liaise with solicitors, Sales advice
  • Ordering signboards & brochures
  • Manage diaries - full back up to Principal
  • Settlement sheets, Office up-keep, manage receptionist
  • Full support to Sales & Property Management

The Ideal Candidate:

Someone who has a fun & outgoing personality, mature outlook with strong Real Estate experience! You must be highly detailed and not be afraid to pitch in and help the teams with whatever is necessary. A pure Monday to Friday role working in a strong, friendly and close knit team.
