Job Description

My client is an out of the box hotel and serviced office group that have an impressive portfolio of properties and a huge focus on tenant and guest experience. They are placed in key Sydney and Melbourne locations and have a sleek yet industrial look to their brand and portfolio. This group is incredibly different but still very much a part of the property industry so if it's a change you are after this could very well be it.

The role:

This role will see you reporting to the General Manager where you will manage an entire CBD office tower and its day to day operations, leasing and tenant care. This dynamic and fast paced role will see no two days alike where your responsibilities will include;

  • Co-ordinate move-in and move-out schedules with tenants
  • Advertise vacant work spaces, manage prospective tenant inquiry and inspections
  • Manage brand and overall upkeep/cleanliness of each work space
  • Manage any repair/maintenance issues
  • Manage building access and security compliance
  • Manage food and beverage offerings to ensure freshness and quality
  • Induct new tenants and give them a tour of space and facilities
  • Identify opportunities to connect tenants with other services within the building
  • Support the GM with reporting and various admin/project management tasks
  • Train staff, cleaners and other external suppliers on process and procedures


  • 3 year's experience in commercial leasing or tenant management
  • OR additionally a concierge/facilities role within hospitality
  • A passion and love for Sydney, real estate and customer care
  • Strong ability to lease vacant spaces and optimise best use of each space
  • The ability to work with people from a variety of professional backgrounds
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • A sense of urgency and ability to manage competing priorities
  • Ability to network and create opportunities
