Job Description

This group has a focus on the East Coast market helping investors and corporate executives purchase live in homes and investment properties. This group focus on both commercial and residential property and are known for being an innovative and out of the box agency that is transforming the world of buyer's agency.

The role:

Working under a busy CEO and two other senior managers your role will be to offer full administrative support to them on a day to day basis to ensure their diary, email and calls are all perfectly managed. Your additional responsibilities will include;

  • Managing the day-to-day operations of the office
  • Preparation of reports and presentations
  • Booking interstate and international travel and visa's
  • Coordination of meetings, booking restaurants etc
  • Coordination of recruitment and arranging interviews
  • Back up to the team with various ad hoc admin tasks
  • Keep the office and supplies stocked and in order at all times
  • Assisting with projects and events for various parts of the business

Experience needed:

  • Previous PA experience for a minimum 3 years in the real estate industry
  • Proactive in your approach to handling the CEO's day and planning ahead
  • Clear and confident communication skills and able to communicate to all levels
  • Professional in your presentation
  • Strong analytical skills to truly assist with the running of the business
  • Willing team member that can work towards a common goal
  • Proficient with diary management and handling a busy inbox
  • Ability to meet deadlines and prioritise workload
