The role:

A varied, fast paced Personal Assistants role where no moment is ever the same. A pure office based role managing the client side of this Principals' sales business, duties will include:

  • Full Client services contact from listing through to settlement
  • Preparing sales analysis & comparable
  • Coordinate open for inspection times and buyer appointments
  • Liaise with solicitors on contracts, exchanges & settlements
  • Book property stylists, photographers and floor-planners with vendor
  • Prepare weekly vendor reports
  • Prepare sales advices, auction packs and execute exchanges
  • Ensure client gifts are read for auction, exchange & settlement
  • Coordinate marketing budgets & ensure all run on time
  • Coordinate bookings and artwork for property
  • Database management ensuring details are current
  • Prepare agent prospecting sheets
  • Update appraisal and pipeline spreadsheet
  • Diary, calendar and email management for Principal / Director
  • Full PA duties to Principal

Essential experience needed:

  • At least 2 years Real Estate experience
  • Ideally experience as a Personal Assistant
  • Strong understanding of the sales process
  • Customer service focused
  • Outstanding attention to detail
  • Ability to prioritise & multi-task
  • Confidence to think quickly on your feet
  • Proactive approach to your work
  • Able to operate at a fast pace
