A pure sales role that will see you report to the Sales Manager and the Director of Projects, you will work from various display suites throughout Sydney selling exclusive and nonexclusive off plan projects and will be offered work from home flexibility outside of hours the display suite is open. This role does require weekend work but full days off in lieu of working weekends is on offer to ensure work life balance.
- A current certificate of registration or real estate licence
- 2 years off plan sales experience
- Solid knowledge of the Sydney property market
- Strong negotiation & relationship management skills
A collaborative and highly skilled team that enjoys working together and attending social functions and project launches. This client believes on promoting from within so there is scope to progress your career further into a more senior position within the projects department is most definitely on offer. There is full administration support, an active database and hands on managers along with weekly sales meetings and regular project briefings.
