A pure off plan sales role that will see you report to the Sales Director where you will work from various state of the art display suites throughout Sydney selling exclusive residential off plan apartments. You will focus on qualifying buyer inquiry and converting it into appointments to then negotiate and close sales.This role does require weekend work but two days off in lieu of working weekends is on offer to ensure work life balance.
The ideal candidate will need to have a proven track record in project sales at an elite level as well as fluent Mandarin language skills along with;
- A current certificate of registration or real estate licence
- 2 years off plan sales experience
- Solid knowledge of the Sydney property market
- Strong negotiation & relationship management skills
- Ability to follow up leads & work through a database to generate sales
