Is one of our longest standing clients and an absolute employer of choice. With an impeccable reputation this offices is a fun, social and close knit team who really are like a second family. With a boutique rent roll of high end residential properties and a small portfolio of Commercial Property clients we are looking for a Property Management Administration / Property Management Bookkeeper to join this team.

The role:

A permanent part time position for around 16 hours per week. This is a perfect position for a parent looking for school hours or someone looking for flexible work / life balance. Each of your days will be busy and all office based and will include the following tasks:

  • Redirecting notices to Landlords
  • Entering invoices & levies into REST
  • Assisting with enquiries
  • Lease preparation
  • Processing rental payments
  • Daily receipting
  • Bank reconciliations 
  • Some client liaison
Essentials for this role include:
  • Sound experience in Property Management accounts
  • Strong knowledge of REST / Filesmart
  • Proven knowledge of the Act
  • At least 4 years exp in Property Management
  • Current Certificate of Registration or Real Estate License
  • A great personality who can fit into outgoing culture
  • Self starter who is able to self manage
  • Able to commit to permanent part time role
