Working in this key role you will cover all facets of Property Management utilising your exceptional communication and negotiating skills to ensure the best outcome. This role offers full support and will see you involved in but not limited to, the following tasks:
- Managing a shared portfolio
- Repairs & Maintenance
- Opportunity to build new business
- Issuing rent increases
- Condition reports
This role requires someone with a minimum of 3 years property management experience. You will also possess the following:
- A current certificate of registration and or license.
- You will need to be highly organised with the ability to multi task
- Professionally presented
- Thorough knowledge of the act
- Own reliable vehicle
