We are looking for someone with at least 12 months experience as a Property Manager who is looking to make property management their career, and who has a positive work ethic and drive to deliver outstanding service to clients. As their new Property Manager you will be managing a well looked after portfolio of 150-160 properties, mainly units. You will be required to perform a role encompassing all aspects of property management.
Each day will see you carrying out the following duties:
- Renewals and reviews
- Repairs and maintenance
- Landlord & tenant management
- Arrears control
- Outgoing and periodic inspections
A property manager with at least 12 months experience will be perfect for this role, you will possess the following:
- A current Certificate or Real Estate Licence
- Own reliable vehicle
- Sound knowledge of current legislation
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills
- High level of accuracy & attention to detail
- Genuine passion for property management
