Job Description

The Role:

No day in the office will ever be boring or mundane in this busy, fast paced office. Your duties on reception will include but no be limited to:

  • Meeting & greeting clients
  • Answering & directing phone calls
  • Assisting with walk in enquiries
  • Typing up leases
  • Printing for sale & lease lists
  • Keeping front of house tidy
  • Assisting with social media

The Candidate:

The ideal candidate for this position will possess the following:

  • Outstanding communication skills
  • Must be immaculately presented
  • Certificate of registration is ideal but not essential
  • Must be able to offer a 6 star customer service experience
  • Must work well in a team and autonomously
  • Passion for Real Estate
  • Must be hard working and dedicated

This young, social and fast paced office deals with properties in and around Newtown, Annandale, Camperdown, Enmore and Leichhardt. No two days on Reception will ever be the same as you will be dealing with a variety of different clients, tenants and owners.
