With a great team in place that is collaborative, successful and fun they are now looking for a fast paced and career focused Receptionist who has a long term goal of working in Real Estate to join their team. Having big plans in place for the coming 2-5 years this multi-office network is one that you want to get involved in now as the opportunities for growth are endless.
The role:
Totally responsible for their stunning front of house you will be supporting a team of agents and property managers with all their admin needs as well as being the voice and face of this high-end agency. This is a perfect for a customer focused Candidate who is both immediately groomed and who has excellent communication skills. This is your chance to really learn all about Real Estate from the front desk to the back of house!

Tasks will include:
  • Being the first point of contact for clients or customers over the phone
  • Providing the highest level of customer service possible
  • Meeting and greeting clients and assisting with walk-in enquiries
  • Providing admin support to the sales, property management and admin teams 
  • Maintaining reception area and general office in clean and tidy order
  • Preparing meeting rooms for client meetings
  • Co-ordinating stationery supplies and maintenance of office equipment
  • Office social media
The Candidate:
To be successful in securing this role you will have the following attributes:
  • Outgoing, incredibly efficient and friendly personality
  • Proactive approach with a “whatever it takes attitude” to compliment the team
  • Impeccable presentation with sound communication skills
  • A certificate of registration or willingness to obtain immediately
  • Great computer skills and be totally tech savvy
  • High attention to detail is a must have
  • Some real estate experience favourable, or experience in a customer service-based role
  • Lower North Shore local essential
  • Huge amount of training on offer
  • 5 day per week role including Saturdays
