About the Client:

About the Role:
You will be based on a busy reception desk while also supporting a busy sales and property management team with ad-hoc administrative duties. Some of your daily duties will include:
- Answering a high volume of calls
- Handling multiple daily walk-ins
- Maintaining office key register
- Ordering Stationary & office supplies
- Ad-hoc admin duties
Experience needed:
Ideally you will have 6 - 12 months experience in a similar role in real estate. You must possess the following:
- Ability to handle high end clientele
- Immaculate presentation
- Strong communication skills
- A Certificate of Registration or willingness to obtain one
