My client is a private development and construction group based in Southern Sydney. With a focus on residential projects they are developing beautiful apartment towers across Sydney. Build to the highest standard and all managed in house this company covers the development and construction side to the process.

The role:

This role will see you work predominantly Monday - Friday. This role is a key part to the business and mixes between managing the relationship between the developer and selling agent for each project, managing the marketing with the creative agency as well as handling all sales related matters and queries from the Solicitors, selling agent and creative agencies to ensure a smooth end to end transaction.

  • Pricing the project & working with the selling agent to achieve optimal sales price
  • Liaison with solicitors to manage exchanges & settlements
  • Some involvement in market research, optimal price returns, market trends
  • Coordinate all marketing & promotional activities with the selling agent
  • Sign off on branding, colours & marketing budgets for each project
  • Prepare & sign off on marketing budgets & spend


The ideal candidate:

To be successful in this role you will have a minimum 2 year's experience in a similar role working for a developer or project sales group in Sydney. You will have a good understanding of the Sydney property market, the sales and marketing process from pricing and positioning the development through to managing the sales process through to exchange and settlement. You will have knowledge and an understanding of marketing the project and the elements that go into a successful campaign.

You will be a strong and confident leader, negotiator and adviser as this role is truly the face of the business to the selling agents and creative agencies. You will have excellent time management skills, be able to juggle multiple priorities, have full control of each project and its status at all times as well as being able to confidently secure the best desired outcomes for this successful Developer.
