Based out of their stunning new display suites close to Burwood you will work alongside one of this companies top Retirement Sales agents; you will become the face and voice of this facility and provide total back up to this warm & successful agent.
Day to day duties of this role will include:
- Answering the phones and assisting with enquiries
- Preparing Sales advices
- Database management (ideally salesforce)
- Outbound warm calling (updating database)
- Extending invitations to functions
- Function meet and greets (daytime)
- Liaise with Solicitors and Purchasers
The Successful Candidate:
Will be someone who has a mature outlook and lots of patience to liaise with elderly consumers. You will have at least 2 years previous Real Estate sales experience and will not be afraid to get on the phone to manage warm leads or to extend invitations to village events. An outstanding level of personal presentation is essential as are exemplary written and verbal communication skills. A good degree of flexibility with hours is on offer if needed for the perfect Candidate.
THIS IS INITIALLY A 12 MONTH CONTRACT WITH A VIEW TO EXTEND.
