My client is an established and well respected developer based in the Bexley area with a focus on residential apartment towers and greenfield projects right across Sydney. Built to the highest standard their reputation has been built on their ability to work to time and budget whilst keeping the end to end development and construction process in house.
A purely Monday - Friday role that reports into the Directors you will manage the sales strategy, marketing and relationships with external selling partners. You will communicate with strata, council, creative agency as well as get involved with pricing, competitor research and selecting design finishes.
The ideal candidate needs to be coming from a project sales and marketing background having sold off plan apartments or greenfield projects within Sydney for a minimum 3 years or managed external selling agents. You will no longer have the desire to sell but want to move more into managing strategy and coordinating the sales process.

A generous base salary, easy parking, no weekend work and some flexibility on hours to accommodate school drop off if required. There is scope to take on further responsibility in time as my client is looking for a candidate wanting to commit to the business long term.
