A purely Monday - Friday role you will take the lead to manage a portfolio of 420 residential properties with the support of two highly skilled assistants. This senior level role will see you take care of Landlord communication, tribunal, driving the team along with planning and scheduling work across the team.
The ideal candidate needs to have experience managing a residential portfolio with an assistant for a minimum 5 years; you will be a strong team player that can act as a leader. You will have strong knowledge of the act, a current certificate of registration or real estate licence as well as a reliable car and clean drivers licence and knowledge of REST.
