With 5 star training and the latest systems they are currently looking for a Senior Property Manager to join their fast paced team based in their Eastern Suburbs offices.

The role:

A Senior Property Manager role working in a team of successful, knowledgeable & close knit Property Management team that loves to power through their work but knows how to have plenty of laughs along the way. With your own dedicated Leasing Consultant and with no trust accounting nor BDM duties, your role is to really nurture your portfolio and ensure they are given the top customer service experience that this brand is known for.

Day to day duties will encompass all the usual responsibilities including:

  • Total control of portfolio of 130 Residential properties
  • Landlord and tenant liaison
  • Repairs and maintenance
  • Arrears, reviews and renewals
  • Insurance claims
  • Bond claims and disputes
  • Tribunal prepariation and appearance

Essentials for this role include:

  • At least 2 years Senior Property Manager experience
  • Sound knowledge of the Act
  • Relevant industry qualifications
  • Ideally exp with REST, Filesmart & Inspection Manager
  • Exemplary personal presentation skills
  • Sound written and verbal communication skills
  • The ability to deliver outstanding customer service
