The Role:

A Senior Property Manager's role taking over from the current Property Manager of nearly 10 years who has kept it in perfect order! An outgoing, upbeat & nurturing personality will win you this job as relationships with their clients are some of this offices greatest assets! With a full time dedicated Accountant and 2 Leasing Consultants your role is to keep your portfolio running perfectly. Tasks will include:
  • Day to day management of portfolio of 190 properties
  • Landlord and Tenant communication
  • Repairs and maintenance
  • Periodic and outgoing inspections
  • Arrears control
  • Reviews, renewals and insurance claims
  • Bond release and tribunals if needed
  • Use of REST / Filesmart and Inspection Manager

Experience Needed:
  • Fun, outgoing and team focused personality
  • Current Certificate or Real Estate License
  • Own reliable vehicle
  • Knowledge of the Lower North Shore
  • Organisational and negotiating skills
  • A passion for Property Management 
  • Understanding of current legislation
