With an impressive sales team and an even more impressive rent roll which is is growing daily through referrals and networking there current Property Managers are quickly reaching their capacity so we are now looking for a career focused Property Manager who wants to become part of a close knit, young, fun and super successful team who thrive on their incredible results and who genuinely love coming to work each day!

About the role
 
A Property Management role encompassing every aspect of Property Management for a prestige CBD based portfolio of around 120 residential properties including:
  • Develop strong contacts with Landlords and Tenants
  • Rental arrears, reviews and renewals
  • Organising repairs and maintenance
  • Conduct ingoing, outgoing and routine inspections for your portfolio
  • Proactively conduct rent reviews and lease renewals
  • Accounting, bank reconciliation and data entry.
  • Assisting Trust Accountant with EOM
  • Process applications, manage tenant enquiries and inspections
Essentials include:
  • At least 12 months experience minimum in a similar role
  • Outstanding customer service skills
  • Sound attention to detail
  • Strong knowledge of the Act
  • Knowledge of either REST or PropertyMe
  • Solid understanding of Inspection Manager
  • Ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team
  • Current C of R or Real Estate License
  • Drivers license and reliable car
