They are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Senior Property Manager to join their busy close-knit team/
 
 
About the role:
This role is a super amazing opportunity for a career Property Manager to join this well-established agency on the beautiful Northern Beaches. Working as part of a hugely successful, driven and fun team you will be required to perform a role encompassing all aspects of Property Management. The role will see you managing a portfolio of 220 properties with the assistance of another property manager. The role will include but not be limited to; 
  • Liaising with landlords and tenants
  • Repairs and maintenance
  • Ingoing, outgoing and routine inspections
  • Bond management
  • Tribunal and insurance claims
  • Managing arrears, rent reviews and renewals
  • No accounts
  • Use of Property Tree, My Desktop, Inspection Manager, Docusign.
 
 
Skills and Experience needed:
This role requires the candidate to be a confident property manager with the ability to manage all the expected duties of a property management role. You will be a positive and motivated individual with a proven history of managing your own portfolio and ability to work in a team environment. The role will require the following;
  • Current Certificate of Registration
  • Polished presentation
  • A minimum 2 – 4 years property management experience
  • A solid working knowledge of the Act and recent updates
  • Car & driver’s license I essential
  • Superior organisational and time management skills
  • Outstanding communication skills
  • A positive “can-do” attitude
