Job Description

This company has been established on the Northern Beaches for many years and their reputation is faultless; they have a business that is built on long-term relationships with their loyal clientele and their staff retention is second to none. Working alongside very hands on Directors this business constantly goes from strength to strength and we are now looking for a Commercial Property Manager to assist in taking their Asset division to the next level.

The role:

A pure Monday to Friday role based of out of modern offices in a central Northern Beaches location this role will have you working in and overseeing a highly capable team of 4. With a rent roll that is in great shape your role will include:

  • Managing a rent roll of Commercial, Industrial, Retail properties
  • Assistance of all Landlord enquiries and escalated issues
  • Work to ensure arrears are at a minimum
  • Provide guidance on lease renewals and rental increases
  • Work with the team to ensure all targets and KPI's are met
  • Oversee every aspect of the Asset Management division
  • Scope out new business opportunities for growth


The Candidate:

The person who will be successful in securing this role will have at least 5 years Property Management experience (will consider Residential); have all relevant industry qualifications and have a coaching and growth mindset. You will be confident in building and maintaining strong relationships with your clientele and will be experienced in team building and engagement to ensure you and the team are performing at a high level. Strong negotiation and customer service skills are essential as is the ability to think outside the box when it comes to problem solving.
