The opportunity:

The role:

Will have you overseeing 2 Property Management teams across 2 offices. Reporting into the General Manager of Property Management each of your days will be varied and will include visiting your team in their offices each week. Some of your tasks will include:

  • Inducting new starters into your team
  • Conduct weekly team meetings & weekly one on ones
  • Attend and contribute to monthly team meetings
  • Motivate & mentor team
  • Organise and roll out regular training
  • Attend to escalated issues when needed
  • Carry out regular client check in calls
  • Ensure the teams compliance is up to date
  • Prepare & check team tribunal applications
  • Ensuring team are delivering KPI's
  • Portfolio management as required

Experienced needed:

At least 5 years experience as a Property Manager with at least 2 years experience in leading a small team. You will be a motivating & encouraging team leader with an excellent ability to manage a small team of Property Managers and will have exemplary communication skills as well as relevant qualifications.
