Seeking a Temporary Receptionist to join their fun and vibrant team, this role will be a Monday - Friday position for 4 weeks with flexible hours.
The role will include but not be limited to:
- Managing the switchboard
- Meeting & greeting clients
- Making tea & coffee
- Maintaining meeting rooms
- Organising mail & couriers
- Email management
- Ad Hoc admin duties as required
- Experience in a similar role
- High skill level using Microsoft Word & Excel
- Immaculate presentation
- Outgoing personality
- Friendly demeanour
