Kat is the person that keeps our office functioning, and our Director Virginia organised! With a ten year background in Real Estate across Administration, compliance and Accounts Kat understands what is needed to keep an office performing at a high standard.

Starting with Resolver back in 2018, Kat initially started as our team administrator before moving into the Executive Assistant / Operations Manager role in 2020. Kat helps Virginia run a six-figure recruitment desk across Real Estate and Property, as well as helping drive both the Resolver and Temp Talent teams.

Hugely organised, detailed and able to help service Virginia's Clients and Candidates, you will often speak to Kat when working with Virginia.
