From Photography to floor plans, copywriting, video, drone and more, this creative marketing agency pride themselves on the high-level service provided to their valued and loyal customer base of Real Estate agencies along Australia’s East Coast.
Due to a rapidly growing necessity for content marketing, this agency is looking to put on TWO Account Managers to handle their ever-growing clientele base. No two days will be the same as you maintain, service, and grow an existing portfolio of clients by evaluating customer requirements and advise and implement business improvement strategies.

The role:
  • Identify potential growth strategies
  • Maintain product/service knowledge and changes in market
  • Ensure a smooth onboarding experience with customers and service providers
  • Communication via email, phone, video and face to face meetings
  • Internal coordination to ensure quality product delivery
  • Attend client presentations with Company Director
 
About you:
  • A true passion for customer service and problem solving
  • Able to work autonomously as well as in a team
  • Enjoys forming new relationships and able to maintain them
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in a related field
  • Minimum 2 years’ Sales experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Management/Administration/Communications preferred
  • A background in Real Estate would be highly desirable but not essential
  • Knowledge of help desk systems or ticketing solutions
