A trusted Real Estate agency in the Hills District is looking for their new Admin Assistant!

Our client handles the property investment process from start to finish for their valued clientele, offering a tailored approach to establishing themselves in the property market. With a focus on providing exceptional customer service and value to all of their clients, this role is essential to the smooth operation of this company's business. Meaning YOU are extremely vital to the team's success.
The Role

Being the first point of contact for new and existing clients, you will be responsible for on-boarding emerging clients and nurturing existing relationships to ensure client needs are being met. Referral leads will be provided for you from the internal sales team; it's your job to understand their ambitions, provide tailored support and ease any worries that may arise throughout their investment process.

Working cohesively with internal teams is imperative to support faultless delivery of services to clients, including Brokers, Legals, Accountants, Sales and Property. Holistic support will be required, as you assist the Director and CEO with financial matters pertaining to contractor invoices, reconciliations, conversing with suppliers and discussing clients' financial documents.


  • Training on specific company processes will be provided, but previous experience as a client relationship officer or similar role is essential.
  • Familiarity with reconciliation and financial procedures.
  • Strong organisational skills, with the ability to work collaboratively.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven.
  • Knowledge of Real Estate/Finance industry is a huge plus.
