- Salary package up to $60,000
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing general administration support to the Construction and Accounts teams
- Scanning and filing
- Accurate database management
- Managing and processing supplier payments
- Conducting accurate record keeping and file maintenance
- Answering incoming phone calls and email queries as required
- Other ad-hoc duties.
About You:
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Previous experience in an administrative/customer service capacity
- Fast and accurate data entry experience (high volume)
- Great focus on attention to detail
- Confident communicating with internal stakeholders
- Able to prioritise and work well in a team
