A trusted Real Estate agency in the Hills District are looking to add to their team!
Our client handles the property investment process from start to finish for their valued clientele, offering a tailored approach to establishing themselves in the property market. With a focus on providing exceptional customer service and value to all of their clients, this role is essential for the overall success of the business.
The Role
As the comapny's new Appointment Setter, you will be provided with hot, warm and cold leads from the sales team. These leads will be prospective buyers and it will be your job to qualify any front-runners that you have deemed appropriate for referral. To close your end of the deal, you will arrange a meeting between these potential clients and one of the strategists. With daily targets to reach and compensation for each appointment booked, you will be constantly motivated to make 50 calls per day or beyond.
To be successful in this role, you must have a keen interest in the Real Estate industry as this company invests in their staff and encourage progression within their company. This is an excellent opportunity to start from the ground-floor of an established agency, with training provided for you to catapult your career.

Requirements
- Current Certificate of Registration to work in Real Estate, or be willing to obtain.
- Have a results-driven, determined attitude to your work.
- The ability to read people, understanding their motivations and credentials to ensure you're referring top-quality leads.
