About the role:

Qualify inbound investor enquiries and secure confirmed strategy appointments for senior property strategists. Drive momentum across the sales pipeline.

Key responsibilities

• Contact and qualify warm investor leads
• Identify goals, budget and readiness to invest
• Book in-person strategy consultations
• Manage CRM updates and structured follow-ups
• Achieve weekly KPIs and booking targets

Skills & experience

• Previous real estate experience (essential)
• Current NSW Certificate of Registration (essential)
• Confident, persuasive phone communication
• Target-driven with strong objection handling skills
• Energetic, resilient and team-focused
