The Role:
Some duties of this role include -
- Assist 2 property managers with a managing a reasonably sized portfolio
- Administration assistance
- Repairs & maintenance
- Routine inspections
- In-going & outgoing inspections
- Tenant inductions and lease sign ups
- Assisting with rental arrears
- Monday – Friday Only!
- Will hold a current Certificate of Registration (essential)
- Have real estate experience in leasing or in a current assistant PM role
- Own reliable vehicle and clean driver’s license
- You are outgoing and efficient
- You have strong verbal & written communication skills & attention to detail
- Exceptional planning and organisational skills
- Immaculate presentation and clear communication skills
- A genuine interest in property management
- Be mentored by a highly experienced and supportive team
